**** There are good local facilities within both urbanisations to cater for your needs of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment, as well as having use of the high class golf club facilities, of course!
****Golfing abounds in the province of ALICANTE, with over 20 courses half of which are within 1/2 hr drive, three courses at Villamartin, one at La finca with several others just a short journey away including Rojales, Quesada, and La Manga.
****Fantastic beaches all along the Mediterranean shoreline of Guardamar, La Marina, Torreiveja, and down to La Manga. Long stretches of sun soaked sandy beaches like La Zenia, beautiful blue waters, and quiet bays such as Campoamor and Cabo Roig. Fun and plenty of fabulous restuarants all along the coast.
